Investors – Loans for investments

Definition: Reminder, a rental investment relies on the intent of a buyer to purchase a rental property (apartment, house, business…) and immediately put it up for lease. The buyer can legally decide to purchase an apartment already occupied by a tenant. The owner of the property thus demonstrates their intent not to live on the premises of their investment.

Investing in a rental is based on your intent to invest your money, create complementary revenues, plan your retirement, pass on your assets, reduce taxation – the reasons for buying in order to lease are many!

The opportunities for a rental investment are numerous:

  • Condo
  • House
  • Parking
  • Duplex
  • Triplex
  • etc
